Big Show BBQ's team has over 1600lbs of cooking capacity at any one time. If that sounds like its not enough we have another 1600lbs of capacity if you let us know you need it. Very few events need more than that at one time.... trust us our name is "BIG SHOW" we wont run out !! As a pit master for one of the most successful BBQ teams we can assure you that our food production is TOP notch and our dedication is second to none.
